Awesome property and excellent service.. I will defitnely reccomend this location and property to families. Had a great time with my family. Will definitely visit again if in town in future.

Great location, the room was nice and clean, and the rooftop pool was well maintained and had beautiful views of the city. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would also come back myself!

Horrible noise and tons of (drunk) people everywhere because of anime EXPO convention. Couldn't get anything to eat in the restaurants nearby, without having to queue up for 45 min. Room was nice and clean though and staff very helpful. We moved out asap.

JW Marriott is a great place to visit and the staff is great.
I stay at a lot of Marriott properties and I'd have to say this place is slightly better than most but not as exceptional as I have experienced at other JW Marriotts around the world compared to regular Marriotts. The room is comfortable and well appointed but really nothing exceptional. Staff are friendly and attentive. The location by the events centers is beyond ideal if that's what you're here for. All - Star game is Feb 15-18 8 months away and I can't book a room today on June 30 because the have them all reserved for the NBA well I thought it was a first come first serve basis obivously not......
