The hotel is beautiful. The staff from valet ,front desk, concierge were all so friendly. The room was extra clean. Bed was very comfy. I highly recommend JW Marriott.

My experience here at the JW Marriott LA Live was fantastic overall. On arrival I was greeted by the valet and the front desk for checkin. The bellman took my luggage to my room and was greeted on arrival. I was on the 17th floor with amazing views of Dowtown LA. GLAnce, which is the bar in the lobby was great after checkin and later on in the night. Thanks to Dezarae and Manny for the excellent service provided!
