Well defined spaces and service staff great
Location, location, location!!! Everyone employed at the JWM was very friendly and went out of their way to take care of us. Even though it is right in the middle of a very active area, the rooms are very quiet, just what we needed. Their customer service was above par with a $50 restaurant credit and free room upgrade.
Blocks/slows down data to get customers to pay for in-room wifi - Pretty ridiculous for a 5 star hotel. I am currently staying here and it took excruciatingly long for me to even load this page. Otherwise, hotel is clean and staff are polite. Location is also good.
