If I could give a negative I would. Friends car damaged while in Valet. Letting all my Grand Rapids friends know that JW will do nothing about it. I hope all at the wedding party will do the same.
Currently staying here for a conference, was surprised with needing $250 for incidentals, which they insisted be placed on my card even though I had cash because cash would be $250 per night for the 5 nights of the conference so a total of 1250 in cash for "potential incidentals" They then told me while the money would be refunded afterwards it would take 5 days+ my banks time frame. Spa day was bliss � The facial left my skin dewy and rosy. All I needed was a touch of lipstick. Kudos to the staff.

Best service I've ever received from a hotel where I wasn't even a guest! This week, I visited Grand Rapids for a conference. After getting a bit turned around (I'm directionally challenged,) I ended up at the wrong Marriott. Luke, who I presume to be a JW manager or concierge, went above and beyond by escorting me to the other Marriott! I was in a huge hurry, and he walked me over and made sure I ended up in the right place. He even carried a box for me the whole way. I was very impressed and appreciative!
I absolutely loved my stay at JW Marriott! The staff was helpful and kind and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The view from my room was absolutely stunning! I highly recommend staying here if at all possible! You couldn’t ask for better accommodations!
