Stayed there for first time. Wonderful hotel! The 616 and Mixology is a great place to drink and eat. The rooms are very nice and the views are great! The lobby and entrance is small, but very modern and trendy. The lounge is great. Always a band or singer performing in the evening. The pillows are not very firm and they are not very comfortable. Beds are like clouds!! I highly recommend the JW in Grand Rapids!

Love the atmosphere of 616 and the entertainment. Our waitress was great, but they need more wait staff. She was waitressing and then helping out behind the bar making our drinks. All in all fun night.

My husband and I got married in Grand Rapids this past weekend and had our wedding block here. From the moment we arrived, we, along with our parents and our guests, were treated with the best service ever. Everyone was nice, respectful, and so helpful to all of our needs. Everyone who works there is absolutely phenomenal. I highly recommend the JW, and will surely stay here when we come to town again.
Just Wicked Halloween event was a blast and well executed. I will definitely attend next year.
