This review is absolutely positive . Your hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I've stayed in 300 plus nice hotels in my 33 years of life , and this by far is definitely on the top of the list. What a surprise it is to know Grand Rapids has an amazing downtown with plush hotels. I'm even OCD with cleanliness and never walk around bare foot besides my home, but I'm even in your bathroom bare feet and all. Thank you JW Marriot. Beautiful Venue! The food was amazing and everyone was Gracious and welcoming.
Amazing location, great view on the patio. Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience with the service. Working with so many large events downtown the restaurant should be staffed accordingly. Bummer.
Spent New Years Eve here. Just Beautiful!! The rooms so nice. The beds & bedding was Awesome. Ordered breakfast, just delicious. Would stay here again.
