this place was beautifully decorated for the holidays! room service was spot on and the food at mixology was excellent! enjoyed the concierge level lounge but for some reason it was not open for cocktails in the afternoon... maybe due to christmas? great views! if i didnt live on the west side of grand rapids id probably stay there more!
Had a wonderful stay after attending my husbands work Christmas Party down the road. The rooms were clean and the views were amazing! The staff was so friendly, can’t wait to stay again!

An amazing hotel. The concierge lounge offers a selection of sweet and savory tiny foods every night. It looks all chef prepared. The room is clean and modern. Everything looks like it was recently renovated. Service is as good and even better as any hotel I’ve been to. It’s a small town so even if your office is 10 miles away it’s worth the drive.
Definitely will come back here again! From the moment we drove up we could tell we were at a first rate hotel. My only regret is we didn't have enough time to enjoy everything it has to offer. The breakfast was delivered right on time and had generous servings. Thank you!
Every time I stay here I have a wonderful experience! Staff is friendly and helpful, views are great, comfy rooms and so much to do! The pool/hot tub/sauna area is top notch. Always hate leaving this awesome place!
Absolutely amazing. The staff here is like no other. They were all so kind and so quick to make anything and everything happen. We ended up needing to move rooms due to a loud family with kiddos, very understandable as we have kids but not an ideal situation. We called down to the desk and they were great. Beautiful views. Amazing rooms and beds. We had a corner room so we had a view of both the river and all the city lights. Worth every penny. Memorable for sure, would recommend again and again.
Truthfully I've never stayed here. I'm only giving 5 starts because of all the awesome events you host. It's so nice to attend them when I can. I went to dancing under the stars this summer and was very impressed!
