The room was beautiful and functional. The staff was gracious, friendly, helpful and efficient. Sadly, my work requires Internet access and access here in the conference rooms was just awful.
Probably the best hotel that I have stayed at in my entire life :) Will be returning soon!
This place is amazing! The staff has been extremely accommodating. The Corner has a great menu selection with delicious food. Our waiter Bryan was Great.
This hotel is absolutely fabulous. Everyone we have come in contact with has been so helpful and really nice. I have never stayed in a better hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are beautiful. There isn't one thing I could say negative about it. Thanks to all for making our stay so memorable.
Overpriced - but I guess that's what you get for the price.
The JW Marriott Austin had some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I expected a beautiful hotel, but I didn't expect the level of great service that came with it. It was phenomenal. All the staff was great, but a special thanks to Sergio and Lee for being welcoming and helpful! Also, the JW had great views of the city, at least from my room. It was my first time in Austin and my time at the JW left me with a great impression of the city!
