We are celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary this weekend at this gorgeous hotel! The customer service has been impeccable from the moment we pulled into the driveway. The valets are wonderful and the check in experience was even better. The gentleman in the executive lounge has been extremely accommodating! This property is the epitome of customer service. At the service desk, the representatives leave their posts behind the counter to meet those in line face to face with welcoming smiles. The concierges go above and beyond to help with anything guests may need, and they do it with such happiness.
