Everything was ok but $50 for valet parking and it took them 30mins to bring it to us
I've been at a conference. The staff has really done great. The food is excellent and the service unobtrusive and skilled. Also my room is amazing. Also the bar staff was exceptional. Our server was fun and efficient.
Just attended a conference on Customer Experience at this property and boy did this team deliver. Across the board. But my favorite story was from the Osterio Pronto Italian restaurant staff. I was having snacks with my gluten free client and Osterio didn't have gluten free bread or crackers. Hard to enjoy a cheese plate without. Well - the server and her boss chose to surprise and delight us! The manager left the property and bought a box of gluten free crackers for us and served them to us.
