We stayed at the JW Marriott in Austin last weekend. My husband and I agreed while we were there, that they had exceptional service. Any requests made were done promptly and with a smile. The hotel is beautifully furnished and clean. But, they really went above and beyond. In my rush (tired mom syndrome, right here) I left a library book in the hotel room. Absolutely fabulous week long stay! Location, service, food, atmosphere all fantastic.
Excellent hotel and great staff. Rooms are clean and the views are great (from our room 3121.). Marriott gold members and above get access to the executive mound that provide excellent snacks throughout the day. The rooftop pool/lounge area is serene and a comfortable place to hang out. Will definitely be back when in Austin.
