I've stayed here twice now, both times for a work-related event. The staff there is excellent - very professional and courteous. My one bit of feedback is to ensure everyone from parking garage attendants to the folks at the front desk are aware of whatever promotions/special party pricing are available to ensure a smooth customer experience. It's a nice hotel in a great location but it's incredibly expensive. The rooms don't have a fridge and the ice is only on one floor so you really have to travel to get it or call the front desk to have someone bring it to you and then feel obligated to tip them. Thankfully I'm a Marriott rewards member because if you aren't it's $14.95 per day for Wifi and if you don't have Wifi, you can't get a signal from your room. great hotel, great staff, great experience...attended the 2017 TCASE conference & had a great time...the BEST steel cut oatmeal (besides my own) I've ever had!
