They made a mistake with my booking. Only received one of my confirmations via email. Check in for three rooms, they say one of my rooms is only for one night. I said that's a mistake. I need three rooms for three nights. Set it up with your agent over the phone. They said,no problem, pay double. I protested & they gave no compromise. Not happy with JW.
Friendly staff, but careful some may want to be too friendly.
Although my stay was very short, I found the service delivery excellent including the facilities and a wonderful team of helpful staff from the valet to front office, housekeeping and also F&B. Beautiful hotel and team...thank you all

Great venue! The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff if nice. The only criticism is the Valet it takes a little longer than one would expect to get your car.
