RecommendedWe are owners and we love this place. I called before our trip and was told it was required to wear a mask in public areas. 95% of guest DO NOT respect the rule. We felt safe in our room but not out walking. All staff members DO wear masks. We appreciate the staff cares about the guests.

RecommendedWonderful 3 bedroom 3 bath condo for our family for thanksgiving, they did a great job of cleaning and complying with social distancing. Lovely property and a nice restaurant, would stay here again for sure!

It’s nasty. I travel all the time and look past a lot of things but during the pandemic, I expect at the very least not to see the nasty in my face. Hair and dirt marks in the bathroom are evidence that the bathroom wasn’t cleaned. It’s the sheraton not a motel 6 for goodness sakes!

As a Titanium and Centurion we cannot recommend this place, it absolutely lacks of basic luxury that seasoned traveler would demand. Many amenities are closed, but they still charge full resort fee, if you don’t bike you just had the most expensive cup of coffee for $45. By the way you still pay $25 for an umbrella, have not seen such rip off anywhere else, should be included in the resort fee.
