I didn't stay overnight but attended a 2 day conference there. The facilities were first rate and the food was terrific. No rubber chicken here! Well done!
They must be understaffed and under trained. We spent the night and hosted a brunch. We repeatedly had to ask for everything we needed multiple times. We were disappointed on so many levels with service throughout our stay. The room was beautiful. The food was great.
Overall was a decent stay, but not as nice as my first stay 1-year ago. This was my 2nd visit for a work conference, and my first visit felt much different because of a few subtle differences that made it feel like a different hotel. My first stay was on the 10th floor in the taller "glass tower" portion of the hotel. Had an incredible view of Austin and a huge window the width of my room. Their Red Coat team is impeccable and our meeting space was perfect!
Fix your valet parking. And don't leave a half bottle of mouthwash in our room.....really.
