Honestly, the hotel was okay but the negligence of the staff afterwards has me HEATED. They charged my card an additional $300+ because they couldn’t see prior to me checking out that I had already paid. Upon checking in I gave the hotel manager my receipt (paid through a 3rd party) and even gave him a copy. I know have to wait over a week for money they shouldn’t have taken from my account in the first place. Why would I have been able to stay a total of 4 nights without having paid prior? Dirty & dated. Has potential but they charge as though the potential has been realized. It has not.
RecommendedThe front desk has responded in a timely manner. There’s lots of comfortable, yet private, places to sit and talk. The lobbies are gorgeous!
