They are a well oiled machine! I really felt gouged with parking though. I'm still walking funny.
Excellent hotel, friendly, professional and efficient staff.
My room was in the 16th floor and it was a beautiful room , with great decor and a lovely bathroom. The service was nice, but not all that for the price of the hotel. The pool was very nice, but it lacked a Jacuzzi to relax after a stressful day. This hotel has an Osteria Italian restaurant which was just ok, the food was not spectacular. It did serve a nice breakfast buffet for $22 per person which I did enjoyed. The lobby bar is very nice and a great place to hang out and have drinks. Beautiful hotel, great location, wonderful staff. I especially loved the executive lounge. The staff there were A+- Jake (I think that was his name) in the executive lounge was especially wonderdul!
Very nice hotel to stay as a guest and to jold conferences. Great bars and restaurants too. Hve thoroughly enjoyed my stay, having spent three nights here for the NICHE 2017 conference. All the lobby and housekeepinng staff are great. The JW Marriott is definitely a cut above.
