Hit up the Burger Bar today for lunch on my way to Wells Fargo. I was in line for about 10 minutes with two people in front of me, and when I got to the front was told to expect a 15 minute wait (1:02PM). I walked to the bank, and returned to find that my order wasn't ready. At 1:27PM twenty five minutes later they called another persons name, with the same burger and I finally walked up and asked that they give me their burger since he wasn't around and it had been so long. The hotel is beautiful, the bars are relaxing and inviting, the staff is amazing... Valet - not so much!!
Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Architectural details are truly one of a kind. A wonderful place for meetings and great place to escape to. Would recommend hotel to anyone.
