Used to be one of my favorite places to stay but after tonight I will never stay or recommend this hotel again. Made a last minute booking for this evening on hotels.com. Drove an hour to the hotel, arrived at 11:45pm only to learn that my reservation was apparently under my maiden name. The staff was rude and unwilling to help except that they would approve a cancellation if I called hotels.com to arrange one but that would take a few days. I understand their limitations due to Covid, but they won’t tell you this when booking. Be warned, check the photo about their pool policy. It sucks! They will only let you swim for 2 hours and most of their pools are booked the whole day.

The room we checked into, the bathroom was flooded. We were assigned another room, however we had to repack our luggage to move. The hall way carpet was dirty and the hotel generally was not up to Marriott standards. The front desk clerk was very unprofessional regarding the problem with first room. I have stayed at this hotel in the past, however will stay in the future
RecommendedGreat trip! Some restrictions due to Covid, but we didn’t have any problem getting pool time - and it was nice to have less crowding at the pool! Staff was attentive and great. Overall would recommend!

RecommendedWe stayed here one night and they did not disappoint. You can always count on Marriott to have comfortable beds. A high end property one block from the beach.
