I bought 4 Assurance WeatherReady tires and was told I would get $100 rebate. Goodyear gave me a partially filled out form to submit. On this form they had indicated that I bought cheaper tires that only had a $50 rebate. I didn't notice this until I got only $50. I went back to the store and the woman at the desk made a phone call and said I would get the additional $50. I did not.I will never go to this store again.

Booked an appt here for a full synthetic oil change via Openbay for the price that was quoted 1 week in advance. Came in and dropped off the car early morning on time and was told it should be ready in roughly 2 hours. 4 hours later I get a call telling me that the cost would be over $50 dollars more than the original quote! Reason being that the car needed "European" full synthetic oil. If this was the case, then why was this not originally quoted when all the car information was already there from the original appointment?... read more

The goodyear company is totally a piece of **** Their website is very confusing and misleading. There is ************and ***********************, both belong to goodyear but when there is any problem, they avoid the problem by saying they are two different websites. I booked 4 ties at ***********************and made an appointment. Then second day I installed the 4 tires they got a black friday discount of $100 off 4 tires. My mother in law went to *****tires in ************, ** bought and paid for new tires and had them put them on her truck. They werent balanced correctly. They broke one of the rims in the process of putting the tire on the rim. The lip of the rim on the backside of the tire was broke in two different areas of the rim. I purchased a replacement tire on-line and schedule a time for an appointment which was Sept. 28, 2021 at 11:30am. The store was Goodyear Auto Service, *******************************************. I arrived 10 minutes early and it took them over two and one half hours to change this one tire that I had purchased three days earlier and made a appointment. Person at desk was clearly in an unhappy mood. I explained that I wanted tires rotated and two replaced. He told me in a condescending way that I was explaining it wrong. I also told him that the lift should only go on the lift points under the car. I explained it twice. The bent up pieces of my car tell a different story, which I told him about before leaving with the car and he didn't respond. Good Year Is a SCAM. I bought 4 new Outlast tires . I sent in all the red tape for a rebate but never received it. Im buying Coopers from now on, better tires at a lower price.

Buyers beware, this Goodyear will sell you mechanical work on your vehicle , when you dont need it . They are dishonest and will make you wait for hours before your vehicle is even looked at . Beware this place is a scam. Went in for rotation and balance on my tires which they never did because they were to busy trying to sell me repairs on my truck I didnt need. I know how to work on vehicles and they couldnt scam me because I called them out on it . I feel they will take advantage on the consumer especially if they dont kn... read more
