had a horrible experience here! I came there to get a replacement tire. I took a picture of my rim before I took my car there and you can clearly see on the picture there was only one scratch on the rim. I get my car back and they have scratched the rim up all the way around the wheel and where you take the nuts off. I took the car back the next day to speak with manager and show him the damage, and the photo that only had the mark I put on there. He would not admit fault and that his technician messed my rim up. This company is running by bunch of crooks, I submit my rebate for tires and they keep making useless excuses, I would recommend not to buy there tires if the company is not honest how the tires can be good, to ****with your disgusting company

Went here for repairs due to accident on road. Manager claimed he would be able to resolve my issue and fix my radiator (as he believed it was the issue). They worked on my car for two days do something they thought would take one day, and ended up charging me $500 for an issue that was never resolved. Worst place ever.

I dropped my car off Saturday, after calling in to verify that it would be done the same day. After arriving, I reiterated the express need to have my vehicle back on Saturday to the manager on duty. I also gave him instructions to not even start my vehicle if there was a chance it would not be completed on Saturday. I also informed him that I was flying out early Monday morning and needed my vehicle. I noticed that he had mistakenly entered the incorrect phone number for me, which I corrected before leaving. Got pretty great service buying new tires from Goodyear, but the heavily advertised rebate came as a MasterCard with a very short window for usage. Goodyear did comply with federal law requiring the expiration date to be printed, but who expects a card to be good for less than six months? Barely visible on the face of the card is "PROMOTIONAL," which puts the card outside all the federal rules for protecting gift cards for consumers. I guess it is "buyer beware." Called, made an appointment, and went to this Western Ave Goodyear, AZ location yesterday for an alignment check. I had purchased 4 Weatheready tires and 3 year alignment package from this location in Sept. 2019. Guy on the counter (with arm in a sling) could not find me in the system. Then he tells me they had had a computer system upgrade and all customer records prior to Dec. 2019 were lost. So it was my responsibility to prove I had done business with them ! I purchased 4 tires and was offered to the Good Year Credit Card and I would receive 150 dollar rebate. After opening my account, I received my rebate card within about 3 weeks of submitting the paperwork for my rebate card....not bad. The statement on the bottom of debit card states the following: USE THIS VISA PREPIAD CARD TO PAY DOWN THE BALANCE OF YOUR GOODYEAR CREDIT CARD*. * CARD CAN ONLY BE USED FOR ONE TIME BILL PAYMENT, CANNOT BE USED FOR REOCURRING PAYMENTS.
