Dont go there! Or Be carefu getting any service from Goodyear in ****************** **. I was there for a front alignment and tires balanced. I was told the tires were bald and needed all 4 replaced so no use to get them balanced but they would still do front alignment. ********, bizarre experience at this shop. In November of 2020 I brought my Ioniq Plug-in to check my driver side tire air leak. While there, I also added an oil change. They had the car for an hour and a half, could not locate a leak, however, did an oil change. Fast forward to May 2021, I noticed oil drops on my driveway. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. We brought out car in due to a check engine light and a fuel smell coming from the car. On Goodyear's website, it states they will run a FREE diagnostic for a check engine light. We dropped the car off with the manager and he said "yep, no problem we will run the code for you." J have been a customer of the Oro Valley Goodyear for over 5 years and I have been very satisfied with the service and products that my wife and I have gotten there. We have purchased tires there, gotten service on 3 different vehicles and I have a Goodyear charge card that I got there as well. Horrible experience at the Mililani, Hi location. Took my car in to get an oil change, my car was running great no problems until after I dropped the car off to Goodyear Mililani. 4 days after picking up vehical instrument panel lite up car started over heating, so I pulled over checked the oil and there was no oil. CONTACTLESS FAST & FRIENDLY! TY *******& **! It's taken me so long to post a review because every aspect was PHENOMENAL & I have only so much space. If I could give a zero I would. I was told 2 hours to put on a tire, balance and align. It took 4 hours and 25 minutes. No communication as to why. NO one was there waiting for their car. NO one!!!!!!
Took my truck to Goodyear in ****** ****** **, to get a tune up and oil change on Wednesday 17th, 2021. Dropped off at 11 am in the morning and returning to pick up at 430pm.
