I wished to rate this business as 0 Stars, but was required to leave at least 1.Took my car in for an oil change and new tires, and asked that some smoking was checked out, and agreed to let them change the air filter. While these services were satisfatorily performed, an alignment service for $200 was added onto my **** without my consent. I had my brakes and rotors replaced and they have been squealing and not working properly since the installation. I was told it was because they are new and have to be broken in. They checked repeatedly and said nothing is wrong with them.
Goodyear Marathon trailer tires are complete garbage.Just had my 3rd one explode and take out the trailer fender each time.So much for a quality product. No more Badyear products for me ever.
Car wouldn't switch gears. Had it towed to them, called to let them know it was a piece/part on the gear shifter. The guy I spoke with told me they had to run a diagnostic to see what was wrong. I told him I didn't want a diagnostic & restated what was wrong. He was addiment that they needed to do the diagnostic, I asked how much he told me $135. On 3/19/22, there was a grinding noise in the front so I brought it in. They called saying the wheel bearing is on the edge on falling off and need a new one. They did left and right front hub bearing assembly and R&R wheel bearing on both front sides for a total of $447.88. Took our car for an oil change and they lied and said we had and oil leak , and on top of that they messed up something on the car for it to start shaking . The car wasnt shaking when we purchased the car .and after the visit the car is very shakey when it gets past 60 mph. there store manager looked ****** because we didnt wanna pay him ***** to fix things that be said that were supposedly wrong with the vehicle. my wife was in a rush back to work and I was very tired to pick up the phone got charge for a ehole new tires that was under warranty they said it didn't have insurance on it whatever. like the guy that the lady was no longer there saying doesn't work there anymore. her name was Aries ******. called her back after saying insurance and all that stuff. they took advantage of my wife and it a struggle right now for everyone. I want some of the money back but they took advantage of my wife and me being tired.
If I could leave less I would, I went in for a simple tire change only for the Goodyear I went to to not secure my tire correctly. I have been passed around claims for the past week (claim #******). It resulted in damages to my wheel well that I had to bring to a mechanic to repair and when trying to get a refund for the repairs I have been passed from claim dept to dept. Still nothing from them.. even though they admitted it was their fault.
This is a review of the service because I was sold an unnecessary tire and charged over $596 for substandard service. I took my car in because of a knocking in the back rear which I thought was suspension. I was told that the knocking was due to a drill bit they found in the back tire. 1) These tires were less than 6 months old and under warranty with the dealership where I bought them.
