First of all,this place went out of business and I see why,had my oil changed there and they put the wrong oil filter on my vehicle which it's NOW leaking oil .Called Goodyear corporation and they have nothing to do with reimbursements,all they are doing was getting paid to use the Goodyear name,even though they s******* up people's cars,just imagine if I wasn't so observant, that could have cost me a engine with no repercussions to business.Theres no half stars,is what they would get

Excellent service at **** ************ ***location in Baltimore, Maryland! The customer service at this location is top notch! The store Manager, *******, was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional, as well as the employees and Sales Assistant, ******. The technicians do impeccable work, and are on the ball! Can you say CUSTOMER SERVICE @ IT'S FINEST!!! Starting with ******who greets you @ the door, *******who explains that your concerns will be addressed, to ***who makes it happen. I felt that my SUV was certainly in good hands. This location (store #***** is certainly on point, the entire TEAM, they were professional, polite, personable & I was notified every step of the way while my truck was worked on. What an awesome experience ?? GOODYEAR U ROC!!!

I purchased a set of four Goodyear Assurance tires on 3-26-2022 which had a 50,000 mile tread life warranty. I have only driven on the tires for approximately 25,000 miles and they sound terrible and the tread is bad already. I have only driven highway miles. I have contacted Goodyear twice and I have received no response to my inquiry. I have always purchased Goodyear tires and have had no issues. This tire is not worth the money and did not last. 650 dollars in repairs. very quick to take my money. the car is worse off than before. both car and wallet are, so far, worthles. filed a complaint with their CS. I'll see which gets a quicker reponse.

We bought 4 new tires for our truck here. They said it would take 1 1/2 hours and it took 2 1/2 hours. The waiting area was 93 degrees according to their thermostat. They said their air conditioning had been broken for 2 months. When we complained to the office manager he was very rude. This is an awful place to buy tires.

We have been buying tires for our 2014 Ford Escape from the Rocklin CA location for years. They rotated and balanced the tires on 8/28/2023. Afterward, there was more road noise emanating from the tires, a rattle and a vibration upon braking and it rode more roughly than before. We thought maybe the ride would smooth out. Then I noticed all the lug nut caps were gone. I took the car back on 9/5/2023. The manager wasn’t there. This company really has no idea what customer service means. My two year old Goodyear Assurance Tire (right rear) with less than 20K miles blew out from the side, but Goodyear reps in the Rockville, MD store (including the manager) said that because I did not purchase some guaranty program, the warranty effectively meant nothing. told me on a Saturday that they did not have the tire in stock, but said they would order it and set me up with with an appointment to install new tire (entirely at my expense), the following Tuesda... read more

Goodyear is a terrible customer service company. With the cost of products these days consumers expect better from manufacturers. And for goodyear to build a inferior product that apparently can't hold up to average everyday wear and tear, then only to be denied for warranty on a tire less than a year old, and less than 17k miles, I'm sorry goodyear you can do better, you lost a customer today, I will never but another good year product.
