North Miami Goodyear is trash If I could give 0 stars I would, but the 1 star goes to the young man with dreads at the front desk. The manager ***** is a piece of work. Save your money and go else where. They took my money for an alignment but NEVER did align my car until I demanded the work get done. As a fellow Ohioian that lives 30 mins from head quarters I am disgusted by this company. Bought 4 brand new tires last year, they went bald by the halfway point. Their warranty is trash. The prorated me for 4 new tires instead of being honest and replacing the faulty tires. Sams Club said this happens to all Goodyear Tires. So plan on having another unexpected expense at the half way point. Also their BBB accreditation is trash, they pay to be an A+ company with a 1 Star Customer Rating.
I purchased 4 Goodyear tires from my local dealership back in March 2023. I had them fill out their part of the rebate form and I filled my part out. Mailed all necessary documents to the Goodyear Rebate Center in El Paso, TX. Haven't heard from them so I sent them an email asking where was my rebate, low and behold they conveniently do not have my rebate. ******, the Service Manager, went above and beyond the call of duty on a Sunday afternoon. Moving forward, I will be coming to them for my service needs. Unbeknownst to me, two lug nuts on the spare tire on my van came very loose. I was changing the tires at a competitor's location and they refused to do anything with the tire until I had the stud examined by a mechanic to make sure it had not become damaged. Had a low tire. GY mechanic said had a screw in tire and it was in a place where it couldn’t be patched. So I was given an estimate for a new tire. I didn’t have time to wait so I left. When I got to city where I live I stopped at tire shop and was told the tire could be patched. I will no longer trust or use Goodyear. Please get a second opinion.
I took my vehicle to have the brakes replaced the roters turned and pins greased they turned the roters, and greased the pins but did not change the back breaks and it ate the roter up on the passenger back wheel and they charged us over $630. We are extremely disappointed in this. Especially since we have had to replace everything now. We will never go there ever again!!!!
Slow, unstaffed and inconsistent business practices! I have went to this tires store on four different occasions and the wait times have been EXTREMELY LONG, I have received inconsistent information via phone which inconveniently made me have to come to the store multiple times to get my tire issues rectified. I will never recommend this particular store to anyone!
Bought Goodyear tires with a $50 rebate. Then I was given the run a round when I went to redeem the rebate. It have been one thing after another. Missing information....Its approved... but invalid codes....missing emails or not sent ..phone calls... long follow **** Still no rebate but an escalation and promise to fix. I will not purchase Goodyear tires again.... A system designed to not pay rebates as promised !!!! Shame on Goodyear used to be a reputable company.
They never honored the promised rebate. They implemented a mechanism to render my claim incomplete and I stopped trying after many humiliating attempts.
