Always a relaxing time at my appointments with Lisa.
I've just had my first bamboo back massage with Lisa. The room smelt gorgeous and gentle oriental music was playing to add to the ambience. My job means I suffer with aches and pains and more recently lower back pain . It is nice to try different massage styles and I will go for a full body next time ! After the oil is massaged on to your skin the canes are rolled along giving good coverage and a medium to firm pressure of all your back and neck.
