I am just wanting to thank a member of staff called Jo..what an absolutely wonderful caring lady on your team! My nephew has autism and he had a bit of a to do because he didn't want it leave.. he fell off the chair..and Jo come over to us and speak to my nephew..she calmed him down give him a high five and a love and some of his favourite chocolates..what a wonderful lady you are..thank you so much for being so kind towards us ..thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so kind and caring we need a lot more people in ... read more

Had a great experience for our child's birthday party. Staff were friendly and really helpful, plenty of food for the children and all well organised. The children absolutely loved the inflatables of course!
Went here today with my daughter and her friend, they are both 11 and it’s pretty much the last year of them getting use out of these sorts of places. The staff was welcoming and very helpful, I was there for 1.5 hours and 2 members of staff came past in taht short time vacuuming the area and every table that got used was wiped down straight away, the girls had a great time ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
