Terrible service, glad I didn't waste any more time here. I arrived for my appointment which was meant to be at 2pm on a Saturday, however the salon was very busy and no-one was available for me, so I left after waiting a while and was told to wait another 15 minutes. After reading some reviews I'm glad I didn't go through with the appointment anyway! Would not recommend to anyone.

Service here is terrible. I booked an appointment for my mum with Maha. I dropped her off 15 minutes before she was booked for and a whole hour later, she still hadn't been seen or attended to. Staff are very inconsiderate and speak in their own language to each other when asked any questions. Never going here again, 100% one to avoid.

This place has so many varieties of care , wether you want to enhance your skin or a relaxing spa day or a new hair look they have it all , i used to be a one of customer untill i really saw improvement in my skin change drastically the price is worth the results , my hair has had a treatment and a dye and i absolutely loved the new change , the staff are very friendly and helpful in new options , this business really deserves to expand and we should have more of these services, Very professional and clean to top it off and ... read more

Ill start with positives the staff are friendly and the location is easy to find with good transport links. Unfortunately, I was in the salon for 6 hours, I went in with hair that I liked and came out with hair that I hate. I showed the hairdresser a picture of the colour I wanted. Rather than telling me the result I wanted wasnt achievable because my hair was too dark, she proceeded with a balayage that was patchy and orange and that left my hair incredibly dry.
