Nails are normally lovely when done here and usually have a good experience , however was a bit disappointed when I went today the technician cut my finger with the nail file, seemed very impatient and didn't do quite what I wanted for my nails ( didn't look like image I had for inspiration). I usually have a positive experience here but unfortunately not today.

Lovely friendly people who do an excellent job of my nails. My only complaints are they don’t remove build up dirt under the nails unless you ask and secondly they take appointments, but shouldn’t do they are far too busy to accommodate. I would recommend just turning up and join the queue like everyone else.

A couple of my nails chipped so I went back today to have them repaired. There was no hassle, they were fantastic. They gave me a full set of fresh nails. When I asked how much I was told there was no charge. I was absolutely amazed. Will be going back for my next set and thereafter Brilliant service. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Went today for the first time for foot spa treatment and shellac hands and feet, truly fabulous! My feet feel amazing and I'm so pleased with my nails really lovely staff too, you have yourself a new regular customer ⭐
