Excellant – Recently had dinner at Julia's on Broadway. Tuesday night new promotion half priced wine, wonderful food, very diverse menu, great service. The goat cheese was great. Service was outstanding and the music was fun. Would definately go back again. Only suggest is a little better lighting, hard to read the menu in the dark.

great wine selection – We were very impressed after a recent visit for dinner with the wine selection at this charming restaurant. Service, food and ambieance were excellent. But I was most surprised to find a great selection of wines. A young server was very helpful in selecting the right bottle for us. An added bonus was the live music, which made the whole experience fun. I didn't know that Julia's had live music. We will defenitly be back.

Good veggie food, really bad service – There's a reason why the wait is longer at the Julia's in Wallingford- the service is a hundred times better. Both have the same great vegetarian-friendly menu but the last THREE times (i'm apparently a glutton for punishment) Julia's on Broadway has had terrible service and few customers- bitchy staff, long waits, mistakes with the food, no beverage refills, plates not cleared... If they don't get it together I don't know how they'll stay open.

fun experience – a friend of mine took me here for the first time, we were lucky and got a table outside, i was glad that no one was smoking at the outside tables. watching the people on broadway was fun what an eclectic place. our dinner was excellent, drinks well prepared and the service was very attentive and friendly. i'll be back and will try it for breakfast.

mediocre food, TERRIBLE service – I have been here over a dozen times now, and the only reason I return is to see Howard Bulson play piano when he's scheduled. EVERY time I have been here I have had extraordinarily bad service - and I'm a nice patron - and a good tipper. Every server I've ever dealt with has been incredibly slow, and at least a little bit rude. The food is not bad, and they have some nice specialty cocktails, but there are plenty of places to get superior food for the price, and even more places to get fancy... read more

great happy hour – We went with a couple friends on a late Friday afternoon for Happy Hour. The bar was very lively with other guests and great music. Our service was friendly and helpful with our drink selection. Great appetizers and good drinks just what we needed after a long week. We will be back for dinner.

Love it here – I took my parents here over the weekend and my parents told me they were very happy with my choice for dinner. I go here often and meet friends here. Great drinks and LOVE the people watching. I will be back!!

what a treat – a recent visit with my partner for dinner and drinks turned out to be one of the best dining experience we had. we had been going to their wallingford location for years and finally tried out the one on broadway. our waiter was very helpful with the drink and menu selection, i tried the nightly special which was a steak. my partner who prefers vegetarian meals found a very good selection as well. both our meals were outstanding, so we orderd dessert as well. it was a warm apple crisp with ice cream and topped ... read more
