Le Faux delivers while others DONT – My girlfriends and I decided to go to the much acclaimed Le Faux at Julias On Broadway a week ago and we loved sean paul and the entire show was great! we did see this really drunk girl that was so drunk she was totally off her rocker, turns out she wasnt drunk at all but one of the performers doing a i guess what they call a drunk act?? we werent really sure?.. a special guest perhaps. Great Dinner and Amazing Entertainment! – My husband and I recently dined at Julia's on Broadway before going to see Le Faux which we've heard so much about. Our service was less than spectacular, but for the price who can complain? We both ordered the Fish & Chips which were excellent considering were used to Dukes on Alki. Great stop on Broadway – I really like julia's on broadway. They have a great drag show that is perfect for Cap hill. The food is good and it's right in my neighborhood. In a sea of "iffy places" and "soon to be tore down for condo places" this place is solid every time I head there.
Best Bloody Mary Around - period – I've been to so many bloody mary spots that have mediocre to bad bloody's, which is pretty much a staple of my weekend breakfast. Well, I've finally found one that fits the bill. Give me a runny egg, weak coffee, and burnt toast (none of which you'll find at Julia's) - but don't mess with the perfect bloody! I love this place
Always good – My family and I have been going to Julia?s for years. We are always happy with our food and service, portions are generous tasty and not too expensive. Have tried out all their locations but our favorite is the one on Capitol Hill, since we also live in the neighborhood. Having three children and being very involved in various charity organizations I have seen many attractive auction items, donated by Julia?s. The owners really do care about Seattle?s communities, and help all kinds of organizations race money.... read more
Not recommended for dinner or a nice evening out – Wow were we ever really shocked and insulted this evening at Julia's on Broadway. We had bought an auction item at a charity fund raiser. Tonight we went to use it. Getting onto their website to find out information was a no go no matter how many times I tried. Then we called to make reservations and to find out more. But the guy on the phone didn't want to be helpful either. But we went. I will not go back. And yet I have been to this place for lunch and breakfast many time... read more
Nothing to write home about – We ate here the other day and I thought it was ok. We ordered the Hawaiian Pizza and Fish & Chips to share. The pizza was thick and dry- hardly any sauce, not too good. The fish and chips were good. Decent service. I don't know if I'd go back.
I LOVE LUCY! – Best celebrity look-a-like show in Seattle! So much fun! We went to the show there last Saturday and loved it. We can't wait to go again!
Nasty food. Nasty 'tude. – My stomach turns when I think too much about Julia's. I expected a cleaner, friendlier place. Creepiness abounds, from the disappointingly garbagey, slimy salads and the sad, rancid-smelling and congealed, room-temperature omelets of mystery, to the unmistakably bad vibes of a belligerent management.
