Dreadful food, horrid owners – I would never recommend Julia's to a prospective diner. I've never had anything there that was even remotely edible, and I happen to know that the owners are pieces of sh*t. Don't spend your money on this dump! While the drag show is fun and the performers themselves are great, the owner/producer is a misogynistic pig without a shred of moral fiber; don't support his ethical ineptitude.
Good Ambience with abyssmal food – I enjoyed the service and the ambience here, but the food was worse than bad. Dried up pickles, tomatos lettuce. With a Portabella mushroom that was maybe 2" in diameter. I'm never going back there.
Waiter ate from our plate – Our waiter, after waiting 25 minutes for our drinks which never arrived, ate from our plate. We watched him reach for our plate of food from the cooks, sat it down on the counter, then placed a piece of food in his mouth and chewed while he put diping sauces in a couple bowls. He touched the bowls with unwashed hands and placed them on the food as presentation. We walked out of the resturant and let the staff know why. Female Impersonation at its best, affordable hilarious and great drinks too, a must see! – Drag Show? Hardly the word for it! This show is beyond anything ive ever seen in seattle. I've traveled all over the west coast, canada and i oddly enough find myself being drawn to these type of shows, commonly known as drag shows Le Faux However delivers non stop entertainment with dead on look-a-likes such as the one who did madonna who I think is the star of the show was the best madonna Ive ever seen... shows like this always have... read more
Never disappointed – I adore Julia?s! I always receive great service there. The food is delicious and the drinks are too! Add the lovely decor, and outdoor seating?what else could you ask for?!
Great Patio – Went to Julia's last week with a friend, were lucky and got a table on the patio. Ordered some mojitos which were delicious. Was a bartender myself so I know good stuff. We ordered appetizers and dinner. Everything was very tasty and the portions were generous. Service was fast and friendly, ambience and music were great and fit the place. Would def. be back.
Highly overrated and overpriced – This was the one of the most disappointing dining experience I can recall. Arriving at the restaurant around noon, we found several people waiting to be seated. The place was more than half empty, and we counted at least 7 empty tables which were set up and ready to go. When the host finally seated us, we were placed at the only table which was not set up. Walk on by – Three of us went here for lunch on a Saturday, arriving at noon. We were told we could not order lunch until 12:30, so we ordered some cinnamon rolls and coffee for an appetizer to wait until the kitchen was set up for lunch. The waitress became indignant when we asked where the cinnamon rolls were after 20 minutes of waiting. I admit that the cinnamon rolls were really good, but we should have stopped right there. Great Dinner – My friends and I went here last week for dinner. The menu looked good with a wide selection of items, and very affordable as well. We got a table right away by the window, great for people watching. The restaurant was pretty busy, our waitress was very friendly and efficient, she brought us our drinks only a few minutes after we sat down, the pommegranite mojito were delicious.
