I will never step foot in this store again. This is the worst profiling I have ever experienced, the staff stood by me just staring at me while was trying to decide on a product. I moved yo a different aisle and he followed me just staring. I paid for my hair cream and left but now wish I had not spent my money there. It was a very uncomfortable experience and I do not want to say its about race, but it felt very much like it. I would have given 0 stars if it was possible.

I’ve been here a couple times because well they do have some very good extensions but the staff is absolutely terrible, I went in with my white friend and mind u she was just there helping me but I was the one who needed the braids the guy put all his attention onto my friend telling he these braids would be best like I’m the one that came to buy braids not her they will literally follow u around like you’re about to steal or something so I would not recommend you buy your stuff here and take your business elsewhere cause I ... read more

Amazing cheap extensions but the staff slightly creeped me out the kept following me around and spying on me like I was a thief it was rather strange and made me feel extremely uncomfortable but the hair and things they sell are great.
