My daughter had her ears pierced today, not planned to, and Lauren really put her at ease. Very helpful and friendly staff. Lauren went above and beyond to help her chose her Nomination Birthday bracelet. Service from all the ladies there is fantastic!! Thankyou

Went in yesterday as my daughters recently pierced ears (done in London) were uncomfortable. We had been in Derby for a football tournament and needed to buy new piercing type ear rings before proceeding to Wales. The lady that served us was so helpful. Checked and cleaned my daughters ears. Made sure the new ear rings were in ok. Thank you.
Visited this store today. The two young assistants were professional and friendly, but the older woman was extremely rude and obnoxious. I will not return and would recommend that you don’t either - there are plenty of other jewellery stores in Intu. It’s one thing to provide awful customer service, but it’s another to be offensive.
I did try and sell some copper jewellery but they couldn't do it but they were completely understandable about it. so but definitely recommend to anyone who is selling gold or silver or diamond
