Really really listens to you. Makes a note of everything. Really seems to want to help. He's already made such a difference in my life. Regularly takes blood to find deficiencies or abnormalities to find why you're having the symptoms you're having.
It’s his lousy staff! Don’t return calls! They tell you “ no you cannot speak to dr! No he doesn’t have voice mail or take messages! No you cannot speak to Gina the office manager and no you cannot have her voice mail! Three days of probably covid no meds and the office employeee on other end of phone who answered phone should be fired!

Dr. Crespo is a humantarian physician with true consideration of his patients' well-being. I appreciate his credentials & experience as well as the manner in which he communicates with patients, listening thoroughly & considering what the patient is experiencing, thinking, wanting, needing. Yet very concise & organized with his summarized and targeted response. If we were to experience a health related emergency in our family, I would have complete confidence in this physician.
Dr. Crespo is a genuine person who truly cares about your well being. He always makes time to listen to patient concerns and provides excellent health care. Time spent in the office waiting room is short and the staff is always friendly and helpful.

Every visit with Dr Crespo is great (and I have had plenty of them). He is personable and direct to the point. He will take what ever time it takes to address any issues. Would not switch from him for any reason.
