Was going to buy a mini van from there. It was at another on of their dealerships. My fiancé signed papers, put down payment down and he was supposed to drive the van and look at it the next day on his lunch. He went to do that and it wasn’t there. They were “doing an oil change”, “changing all the filters”, and “detailing it. He was told to come back after work. Well, again it wasn’t ready. I had an appointment at 1:00 for a front end alignment. An hour and half later I looked out to see Where my car was. It was in the same spot I left it! They hadn't even moved it. I got up and left. Why bother giving appointments if your not going to honor them!

They talk a good game in their ads and on the phone. If you don't have good credit, you won't get approved. As the ad says we will get you out of your old car and into a new one. I JT guarantee it. Not. If you have too much negative equity in your car they run the other way. Not going back.
