We live about 10 hours away. We came to South Carolina to watch a family member graduate. This was a happy occasion until our car wouldn’t start when we went to go home. We called several other Dealerships that told us we were SOL. They couldn’t even fit us in. We found a dealership that was almost 50 miles away. Found a couple of vehicles online for my daughter. When I arrived, only one was at the Sunset Blvd location and it was beat to hell. It had scratches, dents, dings and an obvious exhaust leak. I was told the vehicle I wanted was at the Killian Rd location. So I drove the salesperson Ken, myself and my daughter to Killian Rd only to discover the vehicle had been purchased at an auction, but was not yet at the dealership and they would call me when it arrived. Love the car but based on my experience here since I’ve had the vehicle, I would return it if I could! Horrible customer service, EVERY SINGLE TIME! Car I’ve been had for less than a year has a transmission go out! I have 3 warranties on it and it took over 24 hours after having it towed to get an answer on a rental!! Will never purchase or recommend this place! Would soooooo return my car, if I could, just to avoid servicing it here!

Yesterday at 9:30am we walked into JT’s on Greystone with the intention of purchasing a Challenger. Twelve hours later (yes, twelve) we walked out with a Ram 1500 and a Challenger SXT. Yes, it was the longest day EVER, BUT everyone was amazing, even JT himself. Not once did we feel any pressure to “buy”, both Travis Free and Shay Jackson were a wonderful.
