A big thank you to Kate Gallant, service advisor and Matthew Whitling, parts specialist for saving our family vacation this past weekend. We were traveling from Hilton Head Island South Carolina to Asheville, North Carolina when we struck some debris on Interstate 26. Our front passenger tire was destroyed. 2014 ram 1500 hundred Third time exhaust bolts, same side in 40,000 miles. Definitely not typical. Also they had a recall that was for park safety if the driver door is open that should put the truck in park, this works randomly!!! Now my tailgate they say has a recall that causes the gate to drop. Had this truck 5 years and it’s dropped twice in the recent two months. My truck only unlocks by remote along with my tailgate. We came to their door with an older model Dodge truck losing power and the staff here were able narrow down the issue quickly, very professional and genuinely compassionate and concerned with our needs and concerns.
