Took our Pacifica into the service department and dealt with an extremely friendly service staff. Unfortunately, it’s been EXTREMELY difficult to communicate with anyone after leaving the car! Our car was there for several days! Now that we have it back and “fixed” lights are on again. Still no one answers the phone or calls back in a timely manner (24 hours)! Very disappointed in the communication.
