Keep their word. Promised money for referral but months later I am still waiting for the check. I also left message on site and a voice mail and never heard back from them. My family has purchased 3 Kia's in 2 years. There won't be a fourth. So not happy with them.
We set up an appointment to view a vehicle today, drove an hour, and they didn’t even have it on the lot for us when we arrived. They offered to take us to see a similar model, we accepted, then they suggested we wouldn’t be able to afford it and couldn’t even give us any details on the model available for viewing. Overall, not a great experience.
Clean, quick and efficient. They knew exactly what they needed to do and were quick with alternative solutions and choices for most problems that arose. These guys know that time is valuable so they skipped the whole car selling shtick and just asked up front, how can we make this quick? I’ll be recommending them for sure.
Service department is horrible. Left several messages to schedule and never a return call. Would not recommend to anyone.

We bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee from Andrew Horner and he was a great salesman. I called him 2 weeks later and told him what my husband was looking for. He worked hard and found my husband a Dodge Charger! Andrew is professional, no pressure and was very attentive to all of our needs! I would recommend seeing Andrew if anyone is looking for a new vehicle!!!

Rhett helped me find the car I wanted. He showed me how the systems worked and sent me training videos to help me learn how to operate everything. He was very patient even though I came back several times with questions. I left with my car the same day.
