I have had a LOT of deep tissue massages over the years to relieve excercise related tension/stress and was expecting much of the same today HOWEVER, my head-toe experience today taught me that gently does it is without a doubt the way to go. I honestly cannot believe how instantly my tension and stress ebbed away, especially with the facial, making me realise that slapping on oil/moisturiser and leaving to soak is NOT what a facial should be.
