This company was allocated a job to fix an emergency leak in our home, got a message to say they would arrive between 09:30 and 15:30 on a Friday, had been reported to insurance prior to 08:00. Had to call the insurance at 16:00 for an update then at 17:30 for an update and was advised they were not coming, no explanation. Monday comes around at 10:25 they call to see if we still need our emergency leak fixed?? Enough said.

Had an insurance job at the house which required the kitchen floor and utility room floor to be replaced. Ryan and Lucas did the job, and it's excellent. It has been completed to a very high standard and looks great. We're very happy with the work performed. Lynsey at the office was very friendly and professional on the phone.

On Sunday 16th February, I reported leaking heating pipework to my home insurance emergency line, and I uploaded a photograph of the leaking part to the insurance company’s case tracking system. On Monday 17th February, the emergency repair was assigned to JSK Construction Services Ltd, and an appointment was confirmed for Wednesday 19th February. Totally incompetent. Had a plumber booked to do gas service on two separate days. On both occasions the engineer failed to turn up without having the courtesy of letting me know of his no show. Cannot give a zero star as the site won’t accept it. Receptionist who under pressure from me after the first no show should be cautioned against promising anything from her non caring company. Terrible unreliable and failed to keep informed of service schedule automated phone system that when put thru to an actual person fails to answer and put on hold for ever until you give up and hang up
