The guys came out quickly to replace our water heater. They were very nice and did a great job... The only problem we had/have is that it appears as if they accidentally put a hole in our ceiling w/a pipe or something and didn't let us know. It wasn't there before they came and it was there after we left.
Had a sewer drain clogged by tree root. They came out right away, found the problem, ground out the root and advised on future action. Professional, friendly guys. Cleaned up well. I felt I got a fair price. Would call them again.
Prompt professional response and excellent work. The only negative was the cleanup after the work could have been better. Otherwise, I was very pleased!
The project went very smoothly. The company answered the phone on a Sunday afternoon, and by Monday I had an estimate in my hands. My only issue was that one phone call was not returned and that caused me to wait a full week for the installation. The technician was very knowledgeable, and the work was top quality. I hope to hire J.R. Snider for all of my plumbing needs.
J.R. Snider's employee Brad was very professional, easy going and knowlegable. They had to special order the thermocouple because ours had a sensor. But Brad found a quick solution and installed a regular thermocouple so that we were not out of hot water. They received the part within 2 days and it was immediately replaced. I recommend J.R. Snider to anyone.
