We had a weekend emergency, and Shane was at our house within an hour. This company values it's customers and we will definitely be using them again!

Very prompt reply and flexible availability. Hot water heater replaced next day by a competent tech. Would recommend.
So in this deal I dealt with the Owner Mr. Snider directly this time I needed a move and replace pressure tank and propane hot water heater. This project was suppose to be $3600. Since I paid full price for the other project I had them do $2600. The owner was a no show the first time we were suppose to meet (shoulda been a sign). And was late to meet me the second time to go over the estimate and what to do. I had originally hired these guys to install a tankless system for $2600 cash. The county inspector was a bit of an issue but I had to push Jr. Snider to get the county inspector back to my house so I could get the tankless hot water heater installed. So we could move in on time. When I mean push I had to yell and demand things get done their General manager Michael hung up on me ( a cash paying customer). As highly as I regard customer satisfaction, your demands were out of our control as we do not schedule Loudoun County plumbing inspections. In regards to your yelling at my receptionist/CSR before yelling at Michael our general Manager, I find this unnecessary and am actually glad that Michael hung up on you rather then speaking to you in an unprofessional voice. water heater was broke and did not heat up. JR Snider diagnosed and stated that the original installation was wrong and a wrong water softner is being used. Fixed it the same day they came out but it was $375 for 3 hours. Ouch! Half of the time billed was to sit there and let the water drain. Lesson learned, have water drained before calling the service personnel next time.
The technician was prompt, professional, and helpful. He made us aware of another small problem with our plumbing and repaired it on the spot.
They were able to work with my schedule, and when they found a potential issue provided advise and then rescheduled the completion date so I could make the necessary repairs. They were extremely easy to work with.
