We received a call immediately after placing our request and were able to schedule a free appointment for an estimate. The rates were competitive and the technicians sent out were experienced, professional and pleasant. We would highly recommend all aspects of this company for anyone requiring plumbing or gas related services.
Pro was professional and did the job he was hired to do. Broke drain cover (not his fault) but company wants to charge me to replace it as there wasn't one on the truck. Chanrged me for camera snake even though couldn't do that ( later sent me a refund for that $75 - only after I complained to comp). No problem with the pro that did the work.He explained problem clearly and worked efficiently.
Excellent. He took the time to explain to a novice what the plumbing problem were before fixing them. Out of the five leaking shut off valves J.R. Snider, Ltd was asked to fix, four were fixed with a wrench, the fifth shut off valve had to be replaced. No problem with any of the valves this company has fixed. In addtion to the valves, I had a leaking drain pipe coming from up stairs, the where able to fix this problem as well. Next time I need a plumber, I will be calling J.R. Snider Ltd. Overall good. We were happy with the fast response and work. Fair price and quality work.
They came very next day w/chains on their tires (you need them back here) which impressed me. Work was performed great and price was reasonable. My only complaint was bill was not itemized so I do not know how they came to the amount they did.
