Totally excellent!
We were having a very low hot water pressure issue. JR Snider was able to send a plumber out to our house the very next day. The plumber arrived on time and was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The troubleshooting took about 45 minutes as he eliminated all reasonable causes for low hot water pressure. It turned that a part had corroded inside the water heater and blocked the flow of water. I appreciate the fact that JR Snider didn't automatically assume the water heater needed to be replaced. They brought a replacement water heater with them (just in case) which impressed me with their forethought. They completed the whole job (diagnosing and replacing) in about 2 hours. They laid down a drop cloth and wore surgical booties to protect my flooring. The reason I did not give 5 stars is that they broke a small piece off the top edge of my water heater pan; the pan is still functional and they did their best not to break it. If they had replaced the pan I would have given 5 stars. I would definitely use them again.
Very professional and informative of the root cause and what it would take to correct the problem. This was an emergency call and they responded within 2 hours of my call and they did a follow up call to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction.
