Prompt, professional, highly expert service
They were timely, knowlegeable, courteous and neat. We had a hot water heater replacement and they came on time and did the install in one morning. I thought their prices were a bit high, though I don't have any exact comparisons of that specific heater to be sure.
I was very pleased with their work.
They arrived within the time frame given, actually at the top of the time frame which was great. The technician was great and explained everything very well. Gave a fair estimate and was even able to do the work that same day. When the work was finished, he cleaned up the mess and even helped to move the appliance he had taken down out to the garage for me. I would highly recommend this company.

Knowledgable, friendly, clean and on-time! Also very honest, tested my water and told me it was actually fine, didn't try high pressure sales tactics to try to get me to buy equipment that was really not neccessary. Then went above and beyond and called the mfg. on an existing humidifier to see if there was something the mfg recommended to make it function better. It's so refreshing to find a honest contractor. Will use again in the future.
It cost $340 to determine it was not a plumbing problem but a deteriorated wall (tile loose in the shower). Seems expensive. However, they are professional. I still have sheet rock to replace and a bathroom to rework.
He was courteous. Did job in a timely manner. He cleaned up any mess made. He was also very informative about the services.
This company is a true pleasure to work with. Everyone from Receptionist to appointment scheduler to the actual plumber were friendly and a joy to work with. They knew how much I wanted my jacuzzi back and they made it happen! Would highly recommend this company to everyone!
