Even though it was a Sunday when I submitted my request, J.R. Snider called me within about a minute of my service magic request. They came on time the next day (actually arrived 30 minutes early), took time to clearly assess and diagnose where the water was leaking from, and then efficiently fixed the leak. Overall, they did a great job and we would highly recommend them.
