Contractor showed up. Had a pleasant demeanor. Knew his trade and got the job done in a timely manner. The charge for service was reasonable and fair. Also got a follow-up call a few days later from the company to see if all went well. That's about as good as you can hope for in the contracting business. I recommend you use them.
Appointment was scheduled quickly, the plumber was on time, problem resolved.
Chris provided the service. He came promptly at the time I was given and he cleared the clog/blockage in our bathroom tub. We were very pleased with his work and would not hesitate to call him back should we have any plumbing issues in the future.
I had a broken pipe in the crawl space. I waited several days for repair. They made appt. for 2pm and came at 6pm Put a patch on. Came back several days later. Charged for two trips. Asked them to check softner to be sure it was turned back on. Said it was, it wasn't. I had to call softner service to add salt and turn system back on.
They charged $687 for them to troubleshoot a clogged drain. Then tell me it would cost an additional $1,640 - $3,650 to fix the problem. They charged 3.5 hrs. at $175/hr. plus service and equipment charge. They gave me no clue at the outset as to what the charges would be other than the $35 service fee Then when all was said and done smacked me with a bill for $687. I am very suspect about the hourly rate. I tried contacting the owner to discuss the charges. JR Snider did not return my calls.

Chris and his associate came promptly in respond to my call. they did great job to remove the paper towel that caused the clog, including a video check, within one hour.
They were able to come out the same day. Cleared out the clog and replaced the kitchen faucet for us. Very pleased
