Beautiful work, very courteous people--estimator, scheduler, technician. I could have gotten it done for a little less, but I was very pleased overall.

Great service, tech was professional, friendly and honest. Only charged me the diagnosis fee because the issue I had fixed itself.
I thought $350 for a slow drain was a bit expensive.
On time, efficient, price was right
I hired JR Snider to repair a gas leak in the shutoff valve for a fireplace. The plumber quickly validated that the leak was in the valve and replaced it. He was very mindful about cleaning up the work area, it required cutting out drywall and removing some trim. Total time for the repair was 1 1/4 hours. They charge $150 an hour with a $65 service charge which I thought was reasonable.
Great staff - can't wait for final outcome.
