When your well pump gives up its hard to compare prices as the cost depends on factors mostly unknown to most homeowners: How deep, what kind of pump etc. So you are a little at the mercy of the contractor. And desperate! So I honestly don't know if what we paid was too much, not enough, or just right. That said, Snyder was the first to respond on Home Advisor and came out to the house quickly and had the whole job done by bed time. They communicate well and render excellent customer service throughout the process.
After several appointment scheduled in past 2 days, they call and say they could not do the project. Extremely unprofessional, and unapologetic attitude.
A bit pricey but more than worth it. We lost well water on a weekend and found this company through Home Advisor. After calling, communication from the company was immediate and constant through out. The technician, Josh, called when he was on the way and arrived right on time. After checking our system including the wiring at the well head, we wound up only needing a new controller box. Everything was very professionally done and well explained throughout. I will not hesitate to hire this company again.
They were very informative and reliable...I feel it was a little pricey though
very responsive. Answered all my questions. fast and efficient. Expensive but worth it.
The guys were great. Gas water heater was leaking exhaust into the house and they came out on the weekend in the evening to fix it. Have a baby in the house and they didn t leave until they were sure the leak was fixed. Thank you!
I recommrend using this company. All were friendly and professional and the problem was corrected.
